Hello my lovelies!
Welcome back to Cappuccinos and Cashmere, your one stop source for fashion, lifestyle, and beauty posts!
Before we get into today’s post, I want to talk about some changes that are coming to Cappuccinos and Cashmere. I have, as you know, historically posted to the blog on Thursdays but we are really getting into true fall weather here in the midwest and I do not want to cheat you out of fall related posts. However, I still have SO many posts from California that I want to share with all of you! Having said that, starting Monday October 24th (and every Monday following), you will get to read more about our California adventures. On Thursdays (starting next week) you will be able to read more fall inspired posts. This way you get the best of both worlds! I am so in love with our California pictures and just want to share them with all of you so even though its no longer summer we can all hold on to those last bits of summer magic a while longer!
For today’s post I wanted to share this look from the Parker. We spent the entire day at the pool and these photos were taken right as we were about to go to dinner.
As mentioned in all of my Palm Springs related posts, (here, here, here) our hotel has one of the cutest outdoor areas that I have ever seen. This particular night I wanted to take photos in this lawn which we found out is used for private events such as weddings and parties. The lawn was so lush and green and the weather was perfect! After admiring all of the palm trees and green scenery, we made our way to the Lemonade Stand to have a cocktail or two before heading out to dinner. The Lemonade Stand is the cutest little stand that is right outside of one of the pools. Danilo and I enjoyed some of their cocktails and yummy food that they serve during our stay!
For this occasion I decided to go with this Zara dress. I kept it simple with these Chanel sandals and the Chanel clutch. Click on the below images to buy some of the goodies that I found on Shopstyle that were inspired by this outfit!
Something I really love about warm weather is the simplicity of my outfits that I brought with me. A few pieces of light material is all you need to be comfortable here!
I really hope that you liked this post and that the pictures inspire you to go to California! Let me know what you think of the outfit in the comments below and also let me know what you think of the changes that are coming in the next couple of weeks!
